The Water Research and Technologies Center, represented by Hatem Baccouche, InTheMED Project Manager in Tunisia, attended the 4th Euro-Mediterranean Conference for Environmental Integration (EMCEI-2022) which was held in Sousse (Tunisia) from 01 to 04 November 2022.
This conference is one of the largest international meetings on Environmental Sciences organized by the “Association Informatique Appliquée à la Gestion” in collaboration with Springer. The main objectives of the conference were to support research and innovation, promote the exchange of scientific knowledge and foster collaboration between Euro-Mediterranean communities. This conference is a forum where influential experts and several high-level Euro-Mediterranean scientists from all over the world can present their latest research and innovations in various fields of environmental science.
Eng. Hatem Baccouche participated in this event with an oral presentation entitled: "Hotspots’ Identification Using Groundwater Quality Assessment Related to the Grombalia Shallow Aquifer, Tunisia (H. AKROUT , H. BACCOUCHE, S. BOUKHCHINA, T. MELLAH, L. MANSOURI, A. GHRABI). This study was carried out in the framework of the InTheMED Project.
