In June and July 2021, UPV team together with the Spanish team of eGROUNDWATER project, held several interviews with Irrigation Communities and with representatives of the city councils of Requena and Utiel. These meetings provided us in-depth understanding of the problems of this region, as well as the different opinions, needs and priorities of each agent.
In order to fulfill the tasks of WP4, in the coming months, we expect to hold a series of workshops so that the stakeholders of the Requena-Utiel case study can meet and work to find common ground in groundwater governance.
