Javier is an Associate Professor at the Universitat Politècnica de Vàlencia and he is a member of the Group of Hydrogeology at the Institute for Water and Environmental Engineering (IIAMA). Javier received his Ph. D. degree on Civil Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Vàlencia. He has expertise in waste disposal, part of his research relates to the prevention of groundwater contamination from landfills.
